The LazyApproval feature of SPARK Workflow enables taking decisions/action for assigned tasks such as approvals or rejections when the user replies to the notification email by clicking on the response email link generated by the feature in the email body. The link generates a reply email’s subject, which is recognized and interpreted by the system and affects that particular task in the workflow.
